Deposit: Fifty percent of total due at time of booking

Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

$1000 damage deposit hold applies to all bookings.

Cleaning fee of $550 and 12 percent Montana State & Local taxes are automatically added to all reservations.

Cancellation Policy

97 Percent of payments are refunded when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier. No Refunds if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. Prime holiday periods (Christmas, New Year’s, and Presidents’ Weeks) have 90-day cancellation policies. Please purchase trip insurance to protect against emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances.
